Returns Policy
We hope you will be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All item(s) may be returned within 5 working days of purchase and, unless faulty, must be returned unopened and ready for resale. Refunds will be made for the cost of the item(s) only. The buyer must pay for any costs for returning the item(s) unless prior agreement has been made.

To process and fulfil your order we will need your name, email address and delivery address. We also request your telephone number which allows us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order

Standard Delivery
Royal Mail 3-5 Days - £3.95 per order
Express Delivery
Royal Mail 1-2 Days - £5.25 per order
All our parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail with proof of postage.
We try to send items ordered before 3pm the same day. Orders placed after will be sent the next working day. Working days are Monday- Friday and excluding bank holidays.
Please be advised that if the standard service is selected, this is non traceable and can take up to 7 working days
The above delivery options are for mainland addresses and should be used as a guide only. If you live in a remote area, in the Highlands or Ireland please allow at least one to two extra working days.
If your parcel is undeliverable, due to adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances we will contact you as soon as possible.
Yes, we deliver to BFPO addresses. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT THE UK POSTCODE or we may have to charge extra postage costs.
Free Collection from our Office
If you would like to collect your order from us please call beforehand to ensure your order is ready and no charge will be made. Please allow two working days for your order and payment to be processed before collection.
Can we send goods outside Europe?
Unfortunately we do not to send any orders outside Europe.

Can I add to my order once it has been placed?
If you contact us within a few hours of placing the order we may still be able to add any extra items to the package before it is dispatched.
Product Safety
If in doubt whether a product is suitable for a child, please read and retain the manufacturers instructions enclosed with the product, where applicable.
Balloons are sold and supplied deflated. Please refer to the information on the packet as to whether they are more suitable for air or helium gas.
Adults should supervise children with the party supplies purchased.
Payment Options
At present we do not accept credit card payment. We accept paypal and also accept cheque or postal order payments. Details will be sent via email with the address to send payments. Goods will be sent once payment has cleared
